Training Advisor

Gary joined Scottish Bakers in September 2012. He learned his trade at Glasgow bakers, H R Bradford where he developed his passion for all things baked.

He then ran his own craft bakery in Ayrshire for a time before joining us as a Training Advisor; he now enjoys helping to pass on skills and knowledge to the next generation of apprentices.

About Us

National Food and Drink Training (NFDT) was established in 2015 as a rebrand of Scottish Bakers training provision. This was a direct result of the strengthening of its portfolio to include lean manufacturing techniques and the delivery of the new Food Manufacturing Excellence (FME) qualifications.
