This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop occupational skills and knowledge in the baking industry.
It offers learners the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge required for competency at work. It will suit those who are competent at specialist bakery industry activities and are looking to develop their existing skills and knowledge, perhaps to support product development, advance craft skills or managing sales and technical operations.

It covers a wide range of craft and automated baking techniques as well as food service/retail skills.
